What is a BattShell?

BattShell is a power tool battery accessory designed to protect and personalise power tool batteries on the building site. It is a durable, high-quality cover that fits snugly over your power tool battery, protecting it from damage and making it easy to find.

What sizes of batteries does BattShell fit?

BattShell is designed to fit most standard power tool batteries. It currently comes in three sizes, Milwaukee Standard, Makita Standard and Milwaukee Large (Coming soon).

How does BattShell attach to the battery?

BattShell features a secure, ‘snap-on’ design that makes it easy to attach to your power tool battery. Simply line up the cover with your battery and snap it into place. For added security, double-sided tape is supplied with your BattShell.

Is BattShell easy to clean?

Yes, BattShell is easy to clean! Simply wipe it down with a damp cloth or rinse it off with water. Make sure you keep the holes on the bottom of the BattShell clear from debris to avoid overheating.

What materials is BattShell made from?

BattShell is made from high impact co-polymer polypropylene made by high-pressure injection moulding. It is durable to withstand the rigours of the building site.

Is BattShell compatible with all power tools?

BattShell is designed to be compatible with most standard power tools. We currently stock Battshells compatible with Milwaukee and Makita and we are working on bringing on more battery sizes in the future. It';s always a good idea to check the compatibility of your power tool and battery before purchasing BattShell.

Does BattShell come in different colours or designs?

Yes! BattShell is available in over 20 different colours and comes with a choice of
complementary side-stickers with 20 designs to choose from. We are constantly adding new colours and designs, so check back often to see our latest offerings.

Can I customise the sticker design?

Yes. BattShell can accommodate custom sticker designs on orders of 25 or more. Email info@BattShell.com for more detail.

How much does BattShell cost?

The cost of BattShell varies depending on the number of BattShells purchased. The base cost is $14.95 per BattShell, with up to 25% discount automatically applied to bulk purchases.

Can I return BattShell if I'm not satisfied?

Yes, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, simply return it to us undamaged within 30 days for a full refund.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping times vary depending on your location and the shipping option available. Typically, orders are processed within 1-2 business days and shipping takes 3-5 business days throughout Australia.
